BAKIT DIMO TANUNGIN IYONG SARILI MO ???

"PROFILE OF THE VICTIMS
AN OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THE VICTIMS, 81% WERE MALES (KAYA PALA,KAY CENON DINORMAL ANGPEDOPHILE PERO ANG KABAKLAAN NORMAL! HAHAHA!ULOL)."

CENON BIBE:

SAAN NATIN SINABI IYAN?

Kaya nga nabuo ang kasabihan na "LOVE THE SINNER but HATE THE SIN."

"Narrated 'Aisha: That the Prophet said to her, "You have been shown to me twice in my dream. I saw you pictured on a piece of silk and some-one said (to me). 'This is your wife.' When I uncovered the picture, I saw that it was yours. I said, 'If this is from Allah, it will be done."

"IF THIS IS FROM ALLAH, IT WILL BE DONE."

"Narrated Hisham's father:

"... then he married 'Aisha when she was a GIRL of SIX YEARS OF AGE, and HE CONSUMED THAT MARRIAGE when she was NINE YEARS OLD."

Narrated 'Aisha:
"that the Prophet MARRIED HER when she was SIX YEARS OLD and HE CONSUMATED HIS MARRIAGE when she was NINE YEARS OLD, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death)."

"Getting married at an EARLY AGE is something that is CONFIRMED by the BOOK OF ALLAH, the SUNNAH of his PROPHET(Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam), the CONSENSUS of the SCHOLARS and the actions of the companions, and the Muslims who came after them."

  1. The problem here is not only that Aisha was NINE when Muhammad (pbuh) married her, but that Muhammad (pbuh) was a man who was in almost mid-FIFTIES. Muhammad (pbuh) was old enough to be Aisha’s grandfather.

    Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
When I got married, Allah's Apostle said to me,
"What type of lady have you married?" I replied,
"I have married a matron." He said,
"Why, don't you have a liking for the VIRGINS
AND FOR FONDLING THEM?" Jabir also said: Allah's Apostle said, "Why didn't you marry a YOUNG GIRL so that you might PLAY with her and she with you?"
    (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 17)

    Hence, Muhammad’s (pbuh)comments indicate that
his reason for marrying Aisha while a young virgin is so that he could FONDLE and sexually PLAY with her!

And that is the GREATEST PROPHET...
    :D

Jizan man marries off daughter in mother’s custody
    Laura Bashraheel | Arab News

JEDDAH: A Saudi mother filed a complaint with the Jizan police against her ex-husband for marrying off their 12-year-old daughter without the mother’s knowledge.

The woman who has the custody of her daughter claims that her child is too young to get married and the father did not inform her of his plans to marry the girl.

Maj. Ahmed Al-Wada’ani, official spokesman for Jizan police, told Arab News that after the woman filed the complaint police brought in the girl’s father for questioning.

“The man simply asked his daughter whether she wanted to get married to a certain person or not, and he claims that she completely approved her marriage,” said Al-Wada’ani. However, the case is being transferred to the Shariah court for a decision.

In a similar case this year the marriage of a 10-year-old girl to a 60-year-old man was stopped after getting reports from medical centers in Hail that she and the old man failed a prenuptial compatibility blood test.

After repeated incidents the Human Rights Commission has called on government agencies to take necessary steps to end the practice of child marriages by adopting a clear and unambiguous position on such weddings.

The conviction came in the wake of several cases across the Kingdom in which young girls have been married to elderly men, mainly for monetary reasons such as the settlement of debts or to receive generous dowries.

  3. Yemeni girl, 12, dies in painful childbirth

    September 14, 2009 -- Updated 1531 GMT (2331 HKT)

AMMAN, Jordan (CNN) -- A 12-year-old Yemeni girl, who was forced into marriage, died during a painful childbirth that also killed her baby, a children's rights group said Monday.

Fawziya Ammodi struggled for three days in labor, before dying of severe bleeding at a hospital on Friday, said the Seyaj Organization for the Protection of Children.

"Although the cause of her death was lack of medical care, the real case was the lack of education in Yemen and the fact that child marriages keep happening," said Seyaj President Ahmed al-Qureshi.

Born into an impoverished family in Hodeidah, Fawziya was forced to drop out of school and married off to a 24-year-old man last year, al-Qureshi said.

Child brides are commonplace in Yemen, especially in the Red Sea Coast where tribal customs hold sway. Hodeidah is the fourth largest city in Yemen and an important port.

More than half of all young Yemeni girls are married off before the age of 18 -- many times to older men, some with more than one wife, a study by Sanaa University found.

While it was not immediately known why Fawziya's parents married her off, the reasons vary. Sometimes, financially-strapped parents offer up their daughters for hefty dowries.

  4. Saudis to review marriage law after 8 year old weds man, 58
Saudi Arabia is planning to review its law surrounding the marriage of young girls after a court refused to nullify the marriage of an 8-year-old to a man 50 years her senior.

    Published: 12:42PM BST 14 Apr 2009

The country is a patriarchal society that applies a form of Sunni Islam that gives fathers the right to wed their sons and daughters to whoever they deem fit.

But Justice Minister Mohamed al-Issa said his ministry wanted "to put an end to arbitrariness by parents and guardians in marrying off minor girls".

He said the regulations would "preserve the rights, fending off blights to end the negative aspects of underage girls' marriage".

A court in the Saudi town of Unaiza upheld the marriage of the Saudi girl to a 58-year-old man on the condition he does not have sex with her until she reaches puberty.

Financial considerations prompt some Saudi families to wed their young daughters to much older men.

  5. Aal Al-Sheikh says marriage of pre-teen girls allowed

    Saudi Gazette report

RIYADH – Abdul Aziz Aal Al-Sheikh, Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, has said girls as young as 10 years old can be married.
In a speech late Monday, the Grand Mufti said Islamic Shariah law allows the practice of pre-teen girls getting married, and that critics of the practice were doing the girls “an injustice,” Al-Hayat Arabic newspaper said.
“We hear often in the media about the marriage of minors. We must know that Shariah law is not unjust for women,” Aal-Al-Sheikh was quoted as saying.
“If it is said that a woman below 15 cannot be married, that is wrong. If a girl exceeds 10 or 12 then she is eligible for marriage, and whoever thinks she is too young, then he or she is wrong and has done her an injustice.”
The Grand Mufti’s comment came in the wake of several well-publicized cases of young girls being married to men sometimes old enough to be their grandfathers.
On Monday a court in Taif allowed an 11-year-old girl to separate from her 75-year-old husband after the girl’s mother petitioned the court. The girl’s father had arranged the marriage in exchange for a dowry.

  6. Yemen: 8-year-old girl asks for divorce in court
14/04/2008: An eight-year-old girl decided last week to go the Sana’a West Court to prosecute her father, who forced her to marry a 30-year-old man. (Yemen Times)

Nojoud Muhammed Nasser arrived at court by herself on Wednesday, April 2, looking for a judge to handle her case against her father, Muhammed Nasser, who forced her two months ago to marry Faez Ali Thamer, a man 22 years her senior. The child also asked for a divorce, accusing her husband of sexual and domestic abuse.

According to Yemeni law, Nojoud cannot prosecute, as she is underage. However, court judge Muhammed Al-Qathi heard her complaint and subsequently ordered the arrests of both her father and husband.

“My father beat me and told me that I must marry this man, and if I did not, I would be raped and no law and no sheikh in this country would help me. I refused but I couldn’t stop the marriage,” Nojoud Nasser told the Yemen Times. “I asked and begged my mother, father, and aunt to help me to get divorced. They answered, ‘We can do nothing. If you want you can go to court by yourself.’ So this is what I have done,” she said.

  7. Report: Saudi Arabia's senior Muslim cleric says it's OK for girls as young as 10 to marry

Saudi Arabia's most senior cleric was quoted Wednesday as saying it is permissible for 10-year-old girls to marry and those who think they're too young are doing the girls an injustice.

The mufti's comments showed the conservative clergy's opposition to a drive by Saudi rights groups, including government ones, to define the age of marriage and put an end to the phenomenon of child marriages.

"It is wrong to say it's not permitted to marry off girls who are 15 and younger," Sheik Abdul-Aziz Al Sheikh, the country's grand mufti, was quoted as saying.

"A female who is 10 or 12 is marriageable and those who think she's too young are wrong and are being unfair to her," he said during a Monday lecture, according to the pan-Arab Al-Hayat newspaper.
