Gospels 'Ayon kay ...': Patunay na Peke ang Bible?

MALAKING isyu sa mga Muslim ang paggamit ng "According to ..." o "Ayon kay ..." sa mga Gospels sa Bible.

Sa unawa nila, hindi kapani-paniwala ang mga Ebanghelyo dahil "Ayon lang ito kay Matthew, Mark, Luke at John."

Kumbaga ay "tsismis" lang daw ang mga sinulat ng mga ebanghelista (evangelists) dahil "hindi mismo 'ayon kay' Hesus" ang Gospels.

Mababaw ang ganitong puna sa Bibliya pero dahil may nalilito kaugnay nito ay magandang ipaliwanag ang kahulugan ng "Ayon kay ..." at kung bakit ito ginamit sa mga Ebanghelyo.

A. SABI NG SAKSI

Sa simpleng paliwanag, ginagamit sa mga Ebanghelyo ang “Ayon kay …” para ipakita kung SINO ang NAG-ULAT ng mga ito.

Kapag alam natin kung SINO ang NAG-ULAT ay malalaman natin kung KATIWA-TIWALA ang mga sinasabi tungkol sa buhay at aral ng Panginoong Hesus.

At sa kaso ng Gospels ay masasabi nating MAY KREDEBILIDAD ang mga NAGSULAT dahil KILALA natin SILANG mga SAKSI o mga NAKAUSAP ng mga SAKSI.

Sa madaling salita, ang kanilang mga sinabi ay NARINIG at NAKITA MISMO NILA o nanggaling sa mga taong NAKARINIG o NAKAKITA MISMO sa mga GINAWA at SINABI ng Kristo.

Ibig sabihin, KAPANI-PANIWALA ang GOSPELS.

B. KATIWA-TIWALA, KAPANI-PANIWALA

Kilalanin natin ang mga NAGSULAT ng mga Ebanghelyo para makita natin na CREDIBLE SILA at KATIWA-TIWALA ang kanilang mga sinabi.

1. MATTHEW – isang APOSTOL na SAKSI sa mga GINAWA at SINABI ni Hesus. Naroon siya nung mangaral ang Panginoon at NARINIG NIYA MISMO ang mga salita ni Hesus. NAKITA rin niya ang mga HIMALA at GINAWA ng Kristo.

2. JOHN – isa ring APOSTOL at SAKSI sa mga ARAL at GAWA ng Panginoon. PERSONAL din niyang nasaksihan ang PANGANGARAL at PAGAWA ni Hesus ng mga HIMALA at iba pang bagay.

3. MARK – siya ay ALALAY at ANAK-ANAKAN ni PEDRO, ang PUNONG APOSTOL. Kaya marami siyang alam kay Hesus na MULA MISMO sa PUNONG SAKSI sa mga aral at gawa ni Hesus. Isa pa, ayon sa mga unang Kristiyano, si Mark ay isa ring SAKSI dahil isa siya sa 70 ALAGAD na sinugo ni Hesus na mangaral batay sa LUKE 10:1.

4. LUKE – matatawag siyang SECOND-GENERATION CHRISTIAN dahil hindi na siya bahagi ng unang mga alagad. Pero dahil naging Kristiyano si Luke noong NABUBUHAY PA ang mga KAUNA-UNAHANG KRISTIYANO ay NAKAUSAP pa NIYA ang mga ito at NASABI sa KANYA ang kanilang NASAKSIHAN. Katunayan, nagawa pa ni Luke na IMBESTIGAHAN ang mga PANGYAYARI para MATIYAK na TAMA at TOTOO ang LAHAT ng SINASABI kaugnay sa mga ARAL at GAWA ni HESUS. (Luke 1:1-4)

At dahil nga AYON SA mga SAKSI ang sinasabi ng mga Ebanghelyo ay makatitiyak tayo na TAMA at TOTOO ang mga NABABASA NATIN sa mga ito.

C. QURAN

Dahil mga Muslim ang bumabatikos sa mga Ebanghelyo dahil ito ay “Ayon sa” mga SAKSI, maitatanong natin sa kanila kung KATIWA-TIWALA rin ba ang kanilang QURAN.

Maitatanong natin kung AYON din ba sa MGA SAKSI ang NILALAMAN at SINASABI ng QURAN.

Ang simple at tuwirang sagot ay HINDI.

Ang NAGSABI kasi ng QURAN sa mga Muslim ay ang PROPETA NILA na NABUHAY at NANGARAL bandang 600 A.D., mahigit 500 TAON mula nang MAMATAY ang KAHULI-HULIHANG SAKSI sa BIBLE, ang apostol na si JOHN.

Ibig sabihin, ang PROPETA ng ISLAM ay HINDI SAKSI at WALA na rin siyang NAKAUSAP na SAKSI.

So, SAAN GALING ang NILALAMAN ng QURAN na sinabi at itinuro ng PROPETA ng ISLAM sa mga Muslim?

AYON SA mga MUSLIM, ang Quran ay “SALITA ng ALLAH.” Pero aminado rin sila na HINDI ang ALLAH ang NAGSABI sa KANILA ng QURAN.

Sa madaling salita, HINDI MISMO ALLAH ang NAGSABI o NAGBIGAY sa kanila ng Quran.

Kaya may isa pa silang aral: ang Quran daw ay “ibinigay sa kanilang propeta SA PAMAMAGITAN ni Anghel Gabriel.” Pero inaamin din ng mga Muslim na WALANG SAKSI na MAGPAPATUNAY na merong anghel na nagbigay ng Quran sa kanilang propeta.

Sa madaling salita, WALANG BATAYAN at WALANG PATUNAY na galing kay Anghel Gabriel ang Quran.

So, ang natitirang SOURCE ng Quran ay ang NAGSABI at NAGBIGAY sa KANILA ng QURAN: ang PROPETA nila na HINDI SAKSI sa maraming BAGAY na sinabi niya sa kanilang kasulatan.

D. QURAN: AYON KANINO?

Ngayon, kung iti-trace natin kung paano NABUO ang Quran ay makikita natin na iyan ay AYON LANG sa mga TAONG WALA TALAGANG KINALAMAN sa mga NILALAMAN NIYAN.

1. PROPETA ng Islam ang NAGSABI ng QURAN sa mga MUSLIM. Kahit sa mga HADITH o TRADISYON ng PROPETA ng mga Muslim ay SIYA LANG ang NAKITA at NARINIG NILANG NAGSABI ng Quran.

Halimbawa ay ang paghayag ng “Surat-wal-Mursalat” sa loob ng kuweba ng Hira. WALANG NAKITANG ANGHEL ang mga kasama ng Propeta ng Islam. SIYA LANG ang NAKITA at NARINIG NILANG MAGSALITA. (Sahih Hadith Bukhari 29:56)

2. AYON sa mga MUSLIM, ang mga SALITA ng PROPETA ng ISLAM ay ISINAULO ng kanyang mga KASAMA at ang iba ay ISINULAT sa mga DAHON, BUTO at SANGA ng KAHOY. (Sahih Hadith Bukhari 60:201)

Makikita natin na ang mga ito na “nagsaulo” ng Quran ay HINDI mga SAKSI kundi mga NASABIHAN LANG ng PROPETA ng ISLAM.

3. Noong mamatay ang propeta ng Islam noong 632 A.D. ay WALA PANG LIBRO ng Quran. At noong KOKONTI na lang ang kasama niya na nakasaulo raw ng Quran ay doon pa lang IPINAKOLEKTA ng humalili sa kanya—si Abu Bakr—ang mga KALAT-KALAT at PIRA-PIRASONG BAHAGI ng Quran.

Itong si ABU BAKR—ang UNANG KALIFA ng Islam—na NAGPAKOLEKTA ng mga PIRASO ng QURAN ay HINDI  rin SAKSI.

4. Ilang taon pa ang lumipas ay NANGAMBA ang ilang Muslim dahil NAGKAROON NA ng PAGKAKAIBA-IBA sa QURAN. At NATAKOT sila na MAG-AAWAY NA ang mga Muslim sa TAMANG PAGBIGKAS nito.

Kaya naman bandang 644 A.D., o 12 TAON mula nang mamatay ang propeta ng Islam, ay IPINASULAT ULI ng IKATLONG KALIFA ng Islam—si UTHMAN—ang Quran. Dito NAGING LIBRO ang Quran.

At dahil MARAMI nang PAGKAKAIBA-IBA ang mga QURAN noong panahon na iyon ay IPINASUNOG ni UTHMAN ang LAHAT ng IBA PANG QURAN at ang PINAGAWA NIYANG QURAN ang IPINALAGANAP NIYA sa mga Muslim. (Sahih Hadith Bukhari 61:510)

Sa mga iyan ay makikita natin na sa mga NAGSAULO hanggang sa NAGPAGAWA ng LIBRO ng QURAN ay WALA KAHIT ISANG SAKSI sa karamihan ng nilalaman ng Quran.

Sa madaling salita, ang Quran ay HINDI AYON sa mga SAKSI.

At kung HINDI AYON SA mga SAKSI, masasabi ba natin na KATIWA-TIWALA o KAPANI-PANIWALA ang QURAN?

IKUMPARA natin iyan ngayon sa mga GOSPEL na AYON SA MGA SAKSI. ALIN ang ATING DAPAT PANIWALAAN?

Patunay na Hindi Salita ng Allah ang Quran

HINAMON tayo ng mga Muslim na PATUNAYAN na ang Quran ay HINDI SALITA ng ALLAH.

HINDI kasi mapatunayan ng mga Muslim na ang Quran ay salita ng Allah kaya ibinalik nila sa atin ang hamon.

A. HINDI ALLAH ANG NAGSABI
Maraming patunay na ang Quran ay HINDI SALITA ng ALLAH. Isa na riyan ang katunayan na HINDI ang ALLAH ang NAGSABI ng QURAN sa mga Muslim.

Batay sa mismong aral ng mga Muslim, hindi ang Allah ang nagsabi sa kanila ng Quran. Ang sabi nila, hindi puwedeng makita o marinig ng tao ang Allah kaya hindi Siya puwedeng makita o marinig ninomang tao.

So, maliwanag na HINDI ALLAH ang NAGSABI ng QURAN sa kahit na sinong Muslim—kasama na ang kanilang propeta.

Kung hindi Allah ang narinig na nagsabi ng Quran ay masasabi bang ang Quran ay salita ng Allah?

Hindi.

Paano magiging salita ng Allah ang isang bagay na hindi naman Niya sinabi? Paano masasabing salita ng Allah ang walang nakarinig na Siya ang nagsabi?

Lalabas na tsismis o sabi-sabi lang yan.

B. ANGHEL?
Para mapalabas na "galing" sa Allah ang Quran ay itinuturo ng mga Muslim na ang kanilang aklat ay "ibinigay ng Allah sa pamamagitan ni Anghel Gabriel."

Sa madaling salita ay HINDI MISMO ang ALLAH ang NAGSABI at HINDI MISMO ang ALLAH ang NAGBIGAY.

Ang malinaw na nagbigay—ayon sa mga Muslim—ay itong "Anghel Gabriel."

Ang tanong: Mayroon bang patunay o saksi na ibinigay ni Anghel Gabriel ang Quran sa propeta ng Islam?

Sinasabi sa Quran 2: 23, “… CALL YOUR WITNESSES (supporters and helpers) besides Allah, if you are truthful.” [… TAWAGIN NINYO ang INYONG MGA SAKSI, kung kayo ay tapat.]

Pero ayon sa mga Muslim, WALANG SAKSI kaya WALANG MAGPAPATUNAY kung mayroong “anghel” na nagbigay ng Quran sa kanilang propeta.

Naniniwala at nagtitiwala lang ang mga Muslim sa SINABI ng KANILANG PROPETA.

Ang idinadahilan uli nila ay hindi raw puwedeng makita ng "ordinaryong tao" ang isang anghel.

So, WALANG PATUNAY at WALANG SAKSI na Allah ang nagsabi ng Quran. At WALA RING PATUNAY at WALA RING SAKSI na si Anghel Gabriel ang nagbigay ng Quran.

Kinontra nila ang mismong sabi ng kanilang Quran sa 2:23: “… TAWAGIN NINYO ang INYONG MGA SAKSI, kung kayo ay tapat.”

Lumalabas na HINDI SILA TAPAT.

At nakakatakot yan.

Itinataya nila ang kanilang mga kaluluwa sa isang paniniwala na WALANG PATUNAY at WALANG SAKSI.

Itinataya nila ang kanilang kaligtasan sa SALITA LANG ng kanilang propeta.

Lumalapat diyan ang sinabi ni Hesus sa Matthew 15:9: “in vain do they worship me, teaching human precepts as doctrines.'” [walang saysay ang pagsamba nila sa akin, NAGTUTURO SILA ng mga ARAL at DOKTRINA ng TAO.]

C. HINDI MAKIKITA?
Sinasabi ng mga Muslim, tanging propeta lang ang puwedeng makakita sa “anghel.” Anila, si Gabriel ay HINDI PUWEDENG MAKITA ng ORDINARYONG TAO.

Pero kinontra yan ng mismong tradisyon ng kanilang propeta, ang Hadith.

Sa isang hadith—ang Hadith Jibril—ay sinasabi na NAKITA ng mga ORDINARYONG TAO itong "Anghel Gabriel."

At salungat sa sinasabi ng mga Muslim ay sinabi mismo ng propeta nila ang dahilan kung bakit NAGPAKITA si "Gabriel."

Sinabi ng propeta nila na "That was GABRIEL who CAME TO TEACH THE PEOPLE their religion." [Iyon si GABRIEL na DUMATING PARA ITURO SA MGA TAO ang kanilang relihiyon.] Sahih Hadith Bukhari Book 2, Hadith 47

Ayun, ang layunin daw nitong "Anghel Gabriel" ay magturo sa MGA TAO.

Paano magtuturo itong “anghel” na ito sa mga tao kung hindi siya puwedeng makita at hindi puwedeng marinig ng mga tao?

Malinaw na kontrahan ang sinabi ng propeta ng Islam at ang sinasabi ng mga Muslim.

Mayroong ITINATAGO ang mga Muslim.

At ang mas kapuna-puna ay ipinakikita ng kanilang hadith na PUWEDENG MAKITA ng mga ORDINARYONG TAO itong “anghel” na sinasabi ng kanilang propeta.

PUWEDENG MAKITA. Salungat sa sinabi ng mga Muslim na “HINDI PUWEDENG MAKITA.”

Kaya kataka-taka na sa mahabang panahon—mahigit 20 taon—na nagbibigay daw ng Quran ang “anghel” na ito ay WALA KAHIT ISANG SAKSI na nakakita o nakarinig na nagbigay si Gabriel ng Quran sa propeta ng Islam.

Ang malinaw na lumalabas ay WALANG PATUNAY na ang Quran ay salita ng Allah.

Nagdadahilan na lang ang mga Muslim sa sinasabi nilang hindi puwede makita and hindi puwede marinig ng tao ang Allah at itong “anghel.”

Gusto na lang nilang PAGTAKPAN ang katotohanan na ang QURAN AY HINDI SALITA NG ALLAH.

Hesus Sinugo lang sa Israel (Matthew 15:24)

MADALAS gamitin ng mga Muslim ang Matthew 15:24 para palabasin na wala sa misyon ng Panginoong Hesus ang itayo ang relihiyong Kristiyano.

Sinasabi sa talata:
Matthew 15:24
But He answered and said, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

[Datapuwa't siya'y sumagot at sinabi, Hindi ako sinugo kundi sa mga tupang nangaligaw sa bahay ni Israel.]

A. WALANG KAUGNAYAN
Walang kinalaman ang Matthew 15:24 sa pagtatayo ni Hesus ng Kristiyanismo.

Sa talata ay ipinakikita lang ng Panginoon ang PAGTUPAD sa pangako ng Diyos na susuguin Niya sa mga Israelita ang PROPETANG KATULAD ni MOSES.

Deuteronomy 18:18
`I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.'

[Aking palilitawin sa kanila ang isang propeta sa gitna ng kanilang mga kapatid, na gaya mo; at aking ilalagay ang aking mga salita sa bibig niya, at kaniyang sasalitain sa kanila ang lahat ng aking iuutos sa kaniya.]

Si Hesus ang PROPETANG KATULAD ni MOSES na sinabing ibabangon ng Diyos para sa mga Israelita.

Iyan ang dahilan kung bakit sinabi ni Hesus sa Mateo 15:24 na sinugo Siya sa mga naliligaw na tupa ng Israel.

Hiwalay iyan sa pagtatayo Niya sa relihiyong Kristiyano.

B. ALAGAD ANG SINUGO
Ang pagiging Kristiyano ay bunga naman ng PAGSUGO ni HESUS sa mga TAGASUNOD Niya para gawing alagad ang LAHAT ng BANSA.

Matthew 28:19-20
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

[Kaya magsiyaon kayo at gawin ninyong mga alagad ang lahat ng mga bansa, na sila'y inyong bautismuhan sa pangalan ng Ama at ng Anak at ng Espiritu Santo: Na ituro ninyo sa kanila na kanilang ganapin ang lahat ng mga bagay na iniutos ko sa inyo: at narito, ako'y sumasa inyong palagi, hanggang sa katapusan ng sanglibutan.]


Diyan ay HINDI na si HESUS ang SINUGO kundi ang Kanyang mga ALAGAD. Kaya HINDI yan LIHIS o KONTRA sa Mateo 15:24.

Ang SINUGO na riyan ay ang mga TAGASUNOD ni Hesus.

Pero ang pagsugo sa mga TAGASUNOD ni Hesus ay TULAD ng PAGSUGO ng Diyos Ama kay Hesus, ang Diyos Anak.

John 20:21
So Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I ALSO SEND YOU."

[Sinabi ngang muli sa kanila ni Jesus, Kapayapaan ang sumainyo: kung paanong pagkasugo sa akin ng Ama, ay gayon din naman SINUSUGO KO KAYO.]

At dahil nga sa PAGSUGO sa mga TAGASUNOD ni Hesus ay natayo at lumaganap na ang Kristiyanismo.

C. PATUNAY NA DIYOS
Ang PAGSUGO ni Hesus sa Kanyang mga alagad upang IPANGARAL ang KANYANG nga ARAL at UTOS ay isang patunay na Siya ay DIYOS.

Una, hindi puwedeng TAO LANG ang MAGSUGO sa mga alagad. Walang silbi at walang saysay ang pagsusugo lang ng tao.

Pangalawa, hindi iuutos ni Hesus na ipangaral ang ARAL at UTOS ng TAO.

Ang tanging iuutos ni Hesus para IPANGARAL ay ang ARAL at UTOS ng DIYOS.

Kaya sa PAGSUSUGO ni Hesus sa Kanyang mga alagad at ang UTOS Niya na IPANGALAN ang Kanyang mga UTOS at ARAL ay dagdag na PATUNAY na Siya ay DIYOS.

Purihin si Kristo! Purihin ang Diyos!

Ayuno sa Ramadan, tulad ba sa mga propeta?

IPINAGYAYABANG ng mga Muslim na tulad nina YG Abdulrahman at Nhordz G Diamal na "tumutulad" sila sa mga propeta na nag-ayuno nang 40 ARAW.

Ginagawa daw nila yan tuwing buwan ng Ramadan.

Baka mapaniwala nila ang mga hindi nagbabasa ng Bible, pero ang nagbabasa ng Bibliya ay mabibisto ang pagkukunwari nila.

Ang ayuno ng Muslim tuwing Ramadan ay HINDI KATULAD ng ayuno ng mga propeta. Ang mga propeta ay nag-ayuno ng 40 araw AT 40 GABI. (Basahin sa ibaba ang ginawang ayuno ng mga propeta)

Pati GABI ay hindi sila kumain.

Ang mga nagyayabang na Muslim ay sa ARAW LANG hindi kumakain. Pagdating sa gabi ay TODO KAIN na sila. Ang iba pa nga ay WALANG PUKNAT sa pagsubo at pagnguya.

Binago lang nila ang oras ng kanilang kain. Sa halip na sa araw sila kakain ay sa gabi nila yon ginagawa. So, parang wala ring ayuno.

Wala naman sanang problema kung ganyan ang style nila. Ang problema ay ginagamit nila iyan sa pagyayabang at para linlangin ang mga hindi nagbabasa ng Bibliya.

Gawin nila ang gusto nila, huwag lang sila magsisinungaling at manloloko.

Yon lang.

AYUNO NG MGA PROPETA

1. Moses

Exodus 32:28
He was there with the LORD forty days and FORTY NIGHTS; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Araw at gabi hindi kumain si Moses.


2. Daniel 10:2-3

Daniel 10:2-3
At that time I, Daniel, had been mourning for three weeks.

I had eaten no rich food, no meat or wine had entered my mouth, and I had not anointed myself at all, for the FULL THREE WEEKS.

Full o buong tatlong linggo. Hindi araw lang. Pati gabi ay ayuno si Daniel.


3. Elijah

1Kings 19:8
He got up, and ate and drank; then he went in the strength of that food forty days and FORTY NIGHTS to Horeb the mount of God.

Hindi rin kumain si Elijah nang 40 NIGHTS.


4. Hesus

Matthew 4:2
He fasted forty days and FORTY NIGHTS, and afterwards he was famished.

Ayun, hindi rin kumain nang 40 NIGHTS ang Panginoong Hesus.

Malinaw sa mga iyan na HINDI TOTOO ang sinasabi ng mga Muslim na tumutulad sila sa mga propeta sa pag-aayuno.

Ang mga propeta ay tunay na nag-ayuno.

Kung tutuusin, ang mga Muslim ay hindi nag-aayuno kundi nagbabago lang ng oras ng kain.

Pastors who Converted to Islam Prophesied in Matthew 7:21-23

In MATTHEW 7:21-23, Jesus talks about PEOPLE who would SHOUT “LORD, LORD” on JUDGMENT DAY to ESCAPE PUNISHMENT.

THESE largely refer to CHRISTIANS who CONVERTED to ISLAM and DENIED the DIVINITY of JESUS.

On JUDGMENT DAY, they will SEE that JESUS IS INDEED GOD and will TRY to ESCAPE PUNISHMENT by CALLING OUT “LORD” to HIM.

They will even try to DECEIVE Jesus by reminding Him of what they did BEFORE THEY LEFT CHRISTIANITY: “Did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?”

But GOD would NOT BE DECEIVED.

The TIME for CHOOSING to BELIEVE or NOT TO BELIEVE would already by OVER. It would already be the TIME for REAPING the PUNISHMENT for TURNING THEIR BACKS on JESUS—who is GOD and KING.

MATTHEW 7:21-23

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.

On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?'

Then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.'

Muslims try to turn the tables on Christians by saying that MATTHEW 7:21-23 refers to CHRISTIANS because CHRISTIANS are the ones who CALL JESUS “LORD.”

Muslims say that CHRISTIANS are the ones who PROPHESY in the NAME of JESUS, CAST OUT DEMONS in HIS NAME and DO MANY DEEDS in HIS NAME. So, MATTHEW 7:21-23 “CLEARLY” refers to CHRISTIANS.

But their DISTORTION is EXPOSED when we READ the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:21, where He says: “NOT EVERYONE who says to me ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter heaven …”

“NOT EVERYONE” means that THERE WILL BE THOSE who SAY “LORD, LORD” who will ENTER HEAVEN, and THERE WILL BE THOSE who WILL NOT.

CLEARLY, THOSE who WILL ENTER HEAVEN are the CHRISTIANS who ACKNOWLEDGED JESUS as LORD and GOD, AS WILLED BY GOD the FATHER.

And, as already mentioned, MANY of THOSE who WILL NOT ENTER HEAVEN are THOSE who WERE CHRISTIANS who CONVERTED to ISLAM.

As CHRISTIANS, these PEOPLE PROPHESIED, CAST OUT DEMONS and DID MIGHTY DEEDS IN THE NAME of JESUS.

It can be NOTED that MANY of THESE CONVERTS to ISLAM were FORMER "CHRISTIAN" PASTORS.

ANYONE FAMILIAR with NON-CATHOLIC PASTORS KNOW that PASTORS LOVE to "PROPHESY," "CAST OUT" DEMONS and DO "MIRACLES" IN THE NAME of the LORD JESUS.

Just WATCH or OBSERVE any NON-CATHOLIC FELLOWSHIP or WORSHIP SERVICE and YOU WILL SEE the PROCLAMATION of "PROPHESIES," the "CASTING OUT" of DEMONS and EVIL SPIRITS, and the PERFORMANCE of "MIRACLES" are REGULAR FEATURES of their SERVICES.

But in spite of the ZEALOUSNESS of THESE PASTORS, THEY TURNED THEIR BACKS on JESUS, BECAME MUSLIMS and BEGAN to REJECT the DIVINITY and KINGSHIP of JESUS.

On JUDGMENT DAY, these PASTORS and CHRISTIANS who CONVERTED to ISLAM would SEE that JESUS is TRULY GOD and REALIZE THEIR ERROR.

So, THEY WILL TRY to ESCAPE PUNISHMENT by CALLING OUT to JESUS: “LORD, LORD, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?'”

But JESUS, the GOD and KING whom THEY REJECTED, would TELL THEM: “'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.'”

Genesis 25:1 vs 1Chronicles 1:32? Keturah: Wife or Concubine?

Abraham took ANOTHER WIFE, whose name was Keturah.

1Chronicles 1:32
 The sons of Keturah, Abraham's CONCUBINE: she bore Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Dedan.

Ayedh is CONFUSED with the WORDS "ANOTHER WIFE" and "CONCUBINE."

For HIM, these have DIFFERENT MEANINGS.

HERE is OUR RESPONSE to HIM:

Ayehd Miguel, this is just ANOTHER EXAMPLE of Muslims CRITICIZING what they DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

The Hebrew term for "wife" in Genesis 25:1 is ISHSHAW which generally refers to a WOMAN.

In the context of Genesis 25:1, this ISHSHAW or WOMAN was taken by Abraham as his WIFE.

So, Genesis 25:1 only relates of how Abraham took ANOTHER WOMAN AFTER the death of his wife, Sarah.

The CONCUBINE in 1Chronicles 1:32 is ALSO a "WOMAN" whom Abraham took as his WIFE.

Keturah is described as a "concubine" because she is ANOTHER WIFE even though Abraham's first wife was already dead.

So, Genesis 25:1 ang 1Chronicles 1:32 are talking of ONE and the SAME THING: A WOMAN TAKEN as ANOTHER WIFE.

There should be NO CONFUSION in that.

Perhaps, MUSLIMS SHOULD STUDY FIRST BEFORE THEY CRITICIZE.

Islam Prophesied in the Bible

SOME MUSLIMS have insisted that Islam and their PROPHET MUHAMMAD are prophesied in the Bible.

Sadly, they are looking at the WRONG VERSES.

The Bible FORETELLS of the APPEARANCE and RISE of ISLAM and even the DESTRUCTION and PUNISHMENT of MUSLIMS.

A. EMERGENCE OF ISLAM
The EMERGENCE of ISLAM—along with others—is told by the Lord Jesus in Matthew 24:11, 23-26, where the Christ foretells of the RISE of FALSE PROPHETS.

MATTHEW 24:11, 23-26

And many FALSE PROPHETS WILL RISE and LEAD MANY ASTRAY.

[Muslims claim that MANY CHRISTIANS are already EMBRACING ISLAM. In fact, Muslims are bragging that their number has surpassed that of Roman Catholics. This is CLEAR PROOF that MANY of CHRIST’S FOLLOWERS have already been LED ASTRAY.]

Then if anyone says to you, 'Look! Here is the Messiah!' or 'There he is!'-- do not believe it.

[One way that Muslims LEAD PEOPLE AWAY FROM CHRISTIANITY is by claiming that “JESUS (the MESSIAH) IS A MUSLIM.” Muslims say, “Jesus, the Messiah, is HERE IN ISLAM.” Sadly, MANY have BEEN LED AWAY from CHRISTIANITY despite of the COMMAND of JESUS NOT to BELIEVE such claims.]

For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and produce great signs and omens, to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

[MUSLIMS CLAIM that the QURAN is a "GREAT SIGN," a "MIRACLE" of GOD. Like their claim that “Jesus is a Muslim,” the claim that the QURAN is a “MIRACLE” HAS LED MANY AWAY from CHRISTIANITY and INTO ISLAM.]

Take note, I have told you beforehand.

[JESUS MADE the WARNING 1,981 YEARS AGO—600 YEARS BEFORE ISLAM was FOUNDED by ISLAM'S PROPHET—and yet MANY FAIL to HEED the WARNING of JESUS.]
 

So, if they say to you, 'Look! He is in the wilderness,' do not go out. If they say, 'Look! He is in the inner rooms,' do not believe it.

[Jesus KNEW that Christians, who would BELIEVE that HE was a MUSLIM, would be LED INTO the WILDERNESS—the DESERT—through the HAJJ. So, Jesus already WARNED CHRISTIANS NOT TO GO OUT to the DESERT—NOT TO GO ON THE HAJJ… NOT TO BECOME MUSLIMS.]

While Matthew 24:11, 23-26 also speak of OTHER FALSE PROPHETS, ISLAM can be CLEARLY SEEN IN the TEXT.

Thus, Jesus has SPOKEN of the EMERGENCE of ISLAM almost 2,000 YEARS AGO and about 600 YEARS BEFORE ISLAM was FOUNDED.

THE FULFILLMENT of MATTHEW 24:11, 23-26 with the EMERGENCE of ISLAM and the LEADING AWAY of MANY CHRISTIANS only PROVES that JESUS is GOD. HE SAW the FUTURE LONG BEFORE IT HAPPENED.

This BELIES the claim of MUSLIMS that JESUS is NOT GOD but ONLY A PROPHET.

B. RISE and DESTRUCTION OF ISLAM
In REVELATIONS 20:7-10 and LUKE 19:27, the PROPHECIES are given about the RISE, SPREAD and DESTRUCTION of ISLAM.

REVELATIONS 20:7-10

When the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive the nations [a] at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, in order to gather them for battle [b]; they are as numerous as the sands of the sea [c].

[a] The DECEPTION by SATAN is the one that JESUS WARNED in MATTHEW 24:11, 23-26. It speaks of the DECEPTION of “THE NATIONS,” which are the MANY who would be LED ASTRAY by the FALSE PROPHET.

[b] Muslims are commanded to DO BATTLE against non-Muslims.

[c] Muslims are saying that THEY ARE RAPIDLY GROWING in ALL the NATIONS on EARTH and that ISLAM is the WORLD’S FASTEST GROWING RELIGION, and are becoming “as numerous as the sands of the sea.”

They marched up over the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city.

[Videos of al-Qaeda and other Muslim armed groups show them MARCHING TOWARDS WORLD DOMINATION.]

[Muslims are SURROUNDING the CHRISTIAN “CAMPS” or CHURCHES. It can be noticed that MOSQUES or MASJIDS are being SET UP NEAR CHURCHES or in MOSTLY CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES.]

And fire came down from heaven and consumed them. 

[But the Bible also foretells of the DESTRUCTION of MUSLIMS with FIRE COMING FROM HEAVEN. ISLAM will be DESTROYED BY GOD.]

And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

[Here, SATAN (the DEVIL) and the FALSE PROPHET who MISLED the PEOPLE OF GOD according to MATTHEW 24:11, 23-26 will be PUNISHED by GOD in HELL.]

C. PUNISHMENT FOR MUSLIMS
MUSLIMS staunchly OPPOSE the DIVINITY of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

While CHRISTIANS PROCLAIM JESUS as LORD, GOD and KING, MUSLIM INSIST that He is “ONLY A PROPHET.”

In LUKE 19:27, GOD TELLS of the PUNISHMENT AWATING MUSLIMS—and ALL OTHERS who DENY the DIVINITY and KINGSHIP of JESUS.

JESUS SAID, “But as for these enemies of mine who DID NOT WANT ME TO BE KING OVER THEM—bring them here and SLAUGHTER them in my presence.”

By DENYING that JESUS is GOD, MUSLIMS are DENYING that JESUS is KING. And THEY WILL BE PUNISHED for THEIR DISBELIEF.

D. MUSLIM CONVERTS’ FRUITLESS APPEAL
In MATTHEW 7:21-23, Jesus talks about PEOPLE who would SHOUT “LORD, LORD” on JUDGMENT DAY to ESCAPE PUNISHMENT.

THESE largely refer to CHRISTIANS who CONVERTED to ISLAM and DENIED the DIVINITY of JESUS.

On JUDGMENT DAY, they will SEE that JESUS IS INDEED GOD and will TRY to ESCAPE PUNISHMENT by CALLING OUT “LORD” to HIM. They will even try to DECEIVE Jesus by reminding Him of what they did BEFORE THEY LEFT CHRISTIANITY: “Did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?”

But GOD would NOT BE DECEIVED.

The TIME for CHOOSING to BELIEVE or NOT TO BELIEVE would already by OVER. It would already be the TIME for REAPING the PUNISHMENT for TURNING THEIR BACKS on JESUS—who is GOD and KING.

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.

On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?'
Then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.'

Muslims try to turn the tables on Christians by saying that MATTHEW 7:21-23 refers to CHRISTIANS because CHRISTIANS are the ones who CALL JESUS “LORD.”

Muslims say that CHRISTIANS are the ones who PROPHESY in the NAME of JESUS, CAST OUT DEMONS in HIS NAME and DO MANY DEEDS in HIS NAME. So, MATTHEW 7:21-23 “CLEARLY” refers to CHRISTIANS.

But their DISTORTION is EXPOSED when we READ the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:21, where He says: “NOT EVERYONE who says to me ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter heaven …”

“NOT EVERYONE” means that THERE WILL BE THOSE who SAY “LORD, LORD” who will ENTER HEAVEN, and THERE WILL BE THOSE who WILL NOT.

CLEARLY, THOSE who WILL ENTER HEAVEN are the CHRISTIANS who ACKNOWLEDGED JESUS as LORD and GOD, AS WILLED BY GOD the FATHER.

And, as already mentioned, MANY of THOSE who WILL NOT ENTER HEAVEN are THOSE who WERE CHRISTIANS who CONVERTED to ISLAM.

As CHRISTIANS, these PEOPLE PROPHESIED, CAST OUT DEMONS and DID MIGHTY DEEDS IN THE NAME of JESUS.

It can be NOTED that MANY of THESE CONVERTS to ISLAM were FORMER "CHRISTIAN" PASTORS.

So, ISLAM is PROPHESIED in the BIBLE.

YES. But instead of BOOSTING the EGOS of MUSLIMS, the PROPHESIES about ISLAM SHOULD ROUSE THEM to the DREADFUL TRUTH.

Father is Greater than Jesus (JOHN 14:28)

MUSLIMS, members of the Iglesia ni Cristo sect use JOHN 14:28 to deny the divinity of the Lord Jesus.

JOHN 14:28 reads:
"You heard me say to you, 'I am going away, and I am coming to you.' If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I."

The pertinent text is "the FATHER is GREATER THAN I."

THIS DOES NOT DENY the DIVINITY of JESUS. It only HIGHLIGHTS the ROLES of the FIRST and SECOND PERSONS of GOD, the HOLY TRINITY.

A. ROLE AS FATHER GREATER
In JOHN 14:28, Jesus DECLARED the "FATHER" as GREATER.

It is the ROLE of the "FATHER" that was HIGHLIGHTED—NOT HIS NATURE as GOD.

Like in the HUMAN FAMILY where the HUMAN FATHER is the HEAD, GOD the FATHER has the PRIMARY ROLE in the GODHEAD. And that is why HE is called the FIRST PERSON of the HOLY TRINITY.

Having the PRIMARY ROLE, the FATHER is the SENDER.

The SON—the SECOND PERSON—and the HOLY SPIRIT—the THIRD PERSON—are the ONES SENT.

Jesus says in JOHN 8:18, “I testify on my own behalf, and the FATHER WHO SENT ME testifies on my behalf.”

In JOHN 14:26, JESUS also SAYS that it is the FATHER who will SEND the HOLY SPIRIT.

This ROLE of the FATHER as the SENDER also MAKES HIM GREATER than the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT.

B. A GREATER GOD?
The FATHER being GREATER DOES NOT MAKE HIM a “GREATER GOD” than JESUS or the HOLY SPIRIT. It also DOES NOT MAKE the FATHER “GOD” and the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT as “NOT GOD.”

The FATHER being “GREATER” in JOHN 14:28 has NOTHING to DO with the DIVINITY of the THREE PERSONS of the ONE TRUE GOD.

As the PERSONS of the TRINITY, the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT have ONE and the SAME GODLY NATURE.

Notice that even if it was the FATHER who SENT the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, BOTH the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT CAME OUT FROM the FATHER and thus SHARE HIS DIVINE SUBSTANCE.

Imagine AIR that is COMING or FLOWING OUT of a BALLOON. The AIR that is FLOWING OUT is the ONE and the SAME AIR that is IN THE BALLOON.

Jesus Himself proclaimed that fact.

He said in JOHN 16:28, “I CAME OUT FROM THE FATHER and have come into the world; again, I am leaving the world and am going to the Father."

About the HOLY SPIRIT, Jesus said in JOHN 15:26, “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH who COMES OUT of the FATHER, he will testify on my behalf.”

Having COME OUT FROM the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT POSSESS the SAME DIVINE SUBSTANCE which the FATHER POSSESSES.

That is why the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT are the SAME GOD as the FATHER.

The FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT have DIFFERENT ROLES but the SAME DIVINE NATURE—the NATURE of the ONE TRUE GOD.

C. JESUS, FATHER: ONE GOD
PROOF that JESUS is GOD came from JESUS HIMSELF.

In JOHN 10:30, JESUS declares that “I and the FATHER are ONE.”

ἐγὼ καὶ ὁ Πατὴρ ἕν ἐσμεν.
Ego kai ho Pater en esmen.
I and the Father are one.

In Greek, the word translated as "one" is "hen."

"Hen" is neuter, which shows that Jesus was NOT CLAIMING that HE and the FATHER were ONE PERSON, but that THEY were of ONE ESSENCE or ONE NATURE.

The FATHER'S NATURE is that of GOD. So, the NATURE of JESUS is ALSO of GOD.

Therefore, JESUS is GOD.
