On the contrary. The verse PROVES that Jesus is God.
In these verses, Mt4:8-11, the devil wanted Jesus, God the Son, to bow down and worship him (the devil). The response of Jesus reverses the dialogue.
When Jesus told the devil that "thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve," Jesus was actually telling the devil that the devil should instead bow down and worship Jesus, who is God.
In Pilipino, parang sinasabi ni Hesus na "Bakit kita sasambahin? Ako na Diyos ang dapat mong yukuran at sambahin."
We should remember the context, it was between the devil and Jesus. The devil was trying to put down Jesus so Jesus, God the Son, showed that He was far superior than the devil.

Jesus ordered the devil, "Go away, Satan!"
With that response, the Lord Jesus did not just proclaim ownership and authority over everything, Jesus showed His power and authority over the devil himself who was claiming ownership over them.
Parang sinabi ng Panginong Hesus na "Anong iyo yan? Lumayas ka nga sa harap ko. Umaangkin ka lang ng hindi sa iyo."
Again, who would have power over the devil? Can a simple man do that?
No! Only God can command spiritualities, especially the devil. And in Mt4:8-11, God the Son exercised power over the devil by casting him away.

Is there more plain and clear evidence that Jesus was calling for the worship of God, the Creator of the heavens and earth, and that he was worshipping and bowing down to Allah, Alone, all praises be to Him?

Did Jesus not respond to the devil's pretenses?
What stronger response can there be than the Son of God ordering the devil to leave?

I am surprised that his BALIK ISLAM is not ashamed of his assertions, in the same way that the devil never felt shame in confronting God the Son.

According to this BALIK ISLAM, it was "ALLAH" who "informed us about him" (Jesus).
Where and when did "ALLAH" talk to them or even their prophet and reveal anything about anything, especially about the Lord Jesus?
We have been asking members of the BALIK ISLAM to TELL US WHEN and WHERE GOD HIMSELF TALK to their PROPHET. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE AN ANSWER. WHY? Is it because GOD NEVER TALKED TO THEIR PROPHET?
If GOD NEVER TALKED TO THEIR PROPHET, HOW CAN THIS BALIK ISLAM EVEN CLAIM that it was "ALLAH:" who "informed us" about the LORD JESUS?
We CHRISTIANS can be PROUD because GOD HIMSELF REVEALED HIMSELF TO US. It was GOD HIMSELF who ESTABLISHED THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. And it was GOD HIMSELF who GAVE US HIS TEACHINGS. NO OTHER RELIGION CAN CLAIM THAT.
We have asked this BALIK ISLAM to TRY and PROVE that he, too, can make such a claim but HE HAS FAILED TO PROVE ANYTHING.

The ISLAMIC SCHOLAR ABDULLAH YUSUF ALI in many instances claims that people "SERVE" their God.
In YUSUF ALI'S INTERPRETATION of Surah 3:30, he said:
"And Allah is full of kindness to those that SERVE Him."
Again, in S3:182, YUSUF ALI says, "For Allah never harms those who SERVE Him."
What does that mean? Their God is being SERVED by MERE HUMANS. Does that mean that the Islamic God is "a slave who is poor and in need"?
Can you see the ABSURDITY of this BALIK ISLAM'S claims?

The angels came by the order of Allah, not Jesus, to minister Jesus. They did not come to worship him. Allah is worshipped, and not ministered, by the angels. Allah is the Ever-Living, the Capable who sustains everything else. The angels need God, and are poor without Him, (Allah or God) but Allah is the Most Rich, all praises be to Him.
