(2) Muhammad Prophesied in Deuteronomy 18:18-19?

THIS is the SECOND of a SERIES of EXPOSES on the FALSE CLAIMS of MUSLIMS that THEIR PROPHET was PROPHESIED in the BIBLE.

MUSLIMS say that their PROPHET is the one PROPHESIED in Deuteronomy 18:18-19

I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their own people; I will put my words in the mouth of the prophet, who shall speak to them everything that I command.

Anyone who does not heed the words that the prophet shall speak in my name, I myself will hold accountable.

For those who know ISLAMIC CLAIMS about their PROPHET, ONE LOOK at Deuteronomy 18:18 PROVES that IT DOES NOT REFER to ISLAM’S PROPHET.

MUSLIMS KNOW that GOD DID NOT PERSONALLY CALL and SEND their PROPHET as His messenger.

MUSLIMS CLAIM that it was an “ANGEL” who was “SENT” to TALK to their PROPHET. GOD NEVER TALKED to HIM.

That DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS GOD’S DECLARATION in DEUTERONOMY 18:18.

In the verse, GOD SAID, “I will raise up for them a prophet” and “I will put my words in the mouth of the prophet.”

GOD SAID, HE would be the ONE to RAISE the PROPHET and PUT HIS WORDS in HIS MOUTH.

In ISLAM, it was NOT GOD who RAISED their PROPHET.

Also, it was NOT GOD who PUT the WORDS in HIS MOUTH. Therefore, ISLAM’S PROPHET DOES NOT FIT DEUTERONOMY 18:18.

DEUTERONOMY 18:18 DOES NOT REFER to ISLAM’S PROPHET.

Curiously, MUSLIMS STOP READING at DEUTERONOMY 18:19 and IGNORE the REST of the CHAPTER.

Why?

Because in DEUTERONOMY 18:20, ISLAM’S PROPHET is FURTHER EXPOSED as NOT the PROPHET referred to in verse 18 and 19.

But any prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, or who PRESUMES TO SPEAK IN MY NAME a word that I have not commanded the prophet to speak—THAT PROPHET SHALL DIE."

LUKE 20:38 says that GOD is the GOD of the LIVING and NOT of the DEAD.

So, ALL TRUE PROPHETS are STILL ALIVE.

In fact, TRUE PROPHETS like MOSES and ELIJAH have been shown to be STILL ALIVE.

WITNESSES (Peter, James, John) SAW THEM TALKING to JESUS during the TRANSFIGURATION of the LORD in MATTHEW 17:1-4.

So, TRUE PROPHETS of GOD are ALIVE.

But WHERE is the PROPHET of ISLAM? Is HE STILL ALIVE?

MUSLIMS themselves will ATTEST that THEIR PROPHET is ALREADY DEAD.

ISLAM’S PROPHET DIED on JUNE 8, 632 AD, after SEVERAL DAYS of ILLNESS.

The PROPHET of ISLAM even has HIS TOMB in MEDINA, SAUDI ARABIA.

ISLAM’S PROPHET is DEAD.

Whereas, TRUE PROPHETS of GOD are ALIVE.

This PROVES that ISLAM’S PROPHET is NOT the PROPHET referred to in DEUTERONOMY 18:18-19.

NO WITNESSES FOR MUHAMMAD

MUSLIMS have been UNABLE to SHOW ANY PROOF or WITNESSES that GOD HIMSELF CALLED, APPOINTED and SENT THEIR PROPHET.

THEY also CANNOT SHOW ANY WITNESSES that "ANGEL GABRIEL" GAVE the QURAN to THEIR PROPHET.

To ESCAPE this EMBARRASSING SITUATION, MUSLIMS TRY to TURN the TABLES by SEEKING VERSES in the BIBLE where WITNESSES were PRESENT when GOD APPOINTED PROPHETS or ISSUED REVELATIONS.

Sadly, and AS USUAL, MUSLIMS JUST DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

First, let us address their demand for WITNESSES when GOD SENDS or APPOINTS a PROPHET.

A. MANY WITNESSES FOR MOSES

MUSLIMS CLAIM that THEIR PROPHET is the "PROPHET LIKE MOSES" as prophesied in DEUTERONOMY 18:18.

By CLAIMING THAT, MUSLIMS SHOULD PROVE that THEIR PROPHET was SENT IN THE SAME WAY that MOSES was SENT by GOD.

GOD GAVE MANY SIGNS and WONDERS that were WITNESSED BY THE ISRAELITES to PROVE that HE SENT MOSES. But let us just FOCUS on one where GOD PERSONALLY APPEARED to the LEADERS of ISRAEL to PROVE that HE WAS the ONE APPOINTING MOSES.

In EXODUS 24:1-11, GOD GAVE MOSES His COMMANDMENTS. And to PROVE to the PEOPLE of ISRAEL that HE WAS THE ONE GIVING the LAWS, HE PERSONALLY APPEARED to their LEADERS.

We will read this in EXODUS 24:1, 9-11.

"Then he [GOD] said to Moses, "Come up to the LORD, you and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, and worship at a distance."

"Then Moses and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel went up, and THEY SAW THE GOD OF ISRAEL. Under his feet there was something like a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness.

"God did not lay his hand on the chief men of the people of Israel; also THEY BEHELD GOD, and they ate and drank."

THIS is CLEAR PROOF that GOD ALLOWED WITNESSES to SEE and PROVE that HE WAS THE ONE who SENT MOSES and GAVE HIS COMMANDMENTS.

GOD ALLOWED MORE THAN 70 WITNESSES to SEE HIM.

When GOD APPOINTED MOSES as the BRINGER of HIS LAWS to the ISRAELITES, HE SHOWED HIMSELF to MANY WITNESSES.

WHERE are the MANY WITNESSES who would TESTIFY that GOD ALSO SENT and APPOINTED the PROPHET of ISLAM as HIS BRINGER o MESSENGER of HIS LAWS?

MUSLIMS ADMIT that THERE ARE NONE.

1. MUSLIMS ADMIT that THERE ARE NO WITNESSES that GOD HIMSELF CALLED, SENT and APPOINTED THEIR PROPHET.

2. The PROPHET of ISLAM is NOT A PROPHET LIKE MOSES, BELYING THEIR CLAIMS.

B. MUSLIM EXCUSES

Again, WHEN MUSLIMS are CAUGHT in their FALSE CLAIMS, THEY TRY to WIGGLE THEMSELVES OUT by trying to TURN THE TABLES on PEOPLE QUESTIONING THEM.

In this case, MUSLIMS will ATTACK the BIBLE for being "CONTRADICTORY."

THEY will cite VERSES LIKE EXODUS 33:20, JOHN 1:18, JOHN 5:37, and 1TIMOTHY 6:16.

They say, these verses declare that "GOD CANNOT BE SEEN."

And that EXPOSES MORE LACK of UNDERSTANDING on the PART of MUSLIMS and THEIR LACK of KNOWLEDGE about BIBLICAL TRUTHS: specifically about the HOLY TRINITY or the ONE GOD with THREE PERSONS: The FATHER, The SON, and The HOLY SPIRIT.

THOSE VERSES talk about GOD THE FATHER. HE is the ONE WHO CANNOT BE SEEN or HEARD.

THERE is a PERSON in the ONE GOD who CAN BE SEEN. HE is GOD THE SON, the IMAGE of the LIVING GOD. (COLOSSIANS 1:15)

THIS VISIBLE IMAGE of GOD, THIS PERSON of the TRINITY, was WHO the ISRAELITES SAW in EXODUS 24:9-11.

THIS VISIBLE IMAGE of GOD was also the ONE referred to in EXODUS 33:11 as the GOD whom MOSES TALKED TO "FACE TO FACE."

MUSLIMS have a HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING these VERSES because THEY INSIST on their BELIEF that "THERE IS NO TRINITY." And that is why THEY MISTAKENLY THINK that certain verses in the Bible "CONTRADICT."

THERE are NO CONTRADICTIONS in the BIBLE. MUSLIMS just DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT the BIBLE is SAYING.

THEY also MAKE UP "CONTRADICTIONS" in a DESPERATE MOVE to HIDE THEIR INABILITY to PROVE that THEIR PROPHET was CALLED, SENT and APPOINTED BY GOD.

The TEXT of P75 is SIMILAR to that of CODEX VATICANUS and is USED as BASIS by the "Novum Testamentum Graece, Nestle-Aland 26th edition."

In the GREEK NEW TESTAMENT of NESTLE-ALAND 26th edition, WE CAN READ in Lk 3:23:
"Καὶ αὐτὸς ἦν Ἰησοῦς ἀρχόμενος ὡσεὶ ἐτῶν τριάκοντα, ὢν υἱός, ὡς ἐνομίζετο, Ἰωσὴφ τοῦ Ἠλὶ"

TRANSLITERATED, the GREEK TEXT READS:
"Kai autoz hn Ihsouz aoxomenoz wsei etwn toiakonta, wn vioz, wz enomizeto, Iwshf tou Hli."

PLEASE TAKE NOTE of the WORDS "wz enomizeto."

THAT is the GREEK EQUIVALENT of the WORDS "AS WAS SUPPOSED" WHICH DEEDAT CLAIMS ARE NOT in the ANCIENT TEXT of LUKE 3:23.

As WE CAN SEE CLEARLY, the ANCIENT TEXT of P75 (as CITED by NESTLE-ALAND) CONTAINS the WORDS "AS WAS SUPPOSED," which PROVES that DEEDAT LIED when he SAID that IT WAS NOT in the ANCIENT MANUSCRIPTS.

WHAT DOES THAT PROVE about AHMED DEEDAT, the SCHOLAR of ISLAMIC REVERTS or BALIK ISLAM?

IT PROVES that DEEDAT USES LIES that would FOOL ANYONE WHO KNOWS LITTLE of BIBLE TEXTS.

In this case, DEEDAT'S LIES WERE FOOLING one REV. ROBERTS, as DEEDAT OPENLY ADMITS.

So, WHAT DOES THIS TELL US of the PRIMARY SOURCE of BALIK ISLAM MEMBERS?

IT PROVES to US that THEIR PRIMARY SOURCE BASES HIS TEACHINGS on LIES and that ALL THAT THEY ARE TELLING US (through DEEDAT'S WRITINGS) are ALL LIES.

Sa Genesis 22:2 ay MABABASA NATIN na HINDI ITINURING ng DIYOS na ANAK ni ABRAHAM si ISMAEL.

Sabi po sa talata:

Then GOD SAID, "Take your son, YOUR ONLY SON, ISAAC, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."

NAKITA po NINYO?

Sa MISMONG SALITA ng DIYOS ay SINABI NIYA na "NAG-IISANG ANAK" ni ABRAHAM si ISAAC. HINDI KINILALA ng DIYOS si ISMAEL na kung tutuusin ay "PANGANAY" pa dapat ni ABRAHAM.

Ang kaso po ay PARA SA DIYOS ay HINDI ANAK ni ABRAHAM si ISMAEL. ISA LANG SIYANG NAGMULA sa "BINHI" o "LAHI" ni ABRAHAM.

Sabi po ng DIYOS sa Gen 21:13:
"As for the SON OF THE SLAVE WOMAN, I will make a great nation of him also, since he too is your OFFSPRING."

Paki pansin po na HINDI SINABI ng DIYOS na ANAK ni ABRAHAM si ISMAEL. Ang sabi ng DIYOS ay "ANAK NG BABAENG ALIPIN" si ISMAEL.

TINAWAG lang ng DIYOS si ISMAEL na "BINHI" ni ABRAHAM at HINDI ANAK.

Pero bakit po NAGKAGANOON? Bakit HINDI ITINURING ng DIYOS na ANAK si ISMAEL?

HINDI naman po kasi ang DIYOS ang MAY GUSTO na ISILANG si ISMAEL e.

Ang MAY GUSTO po na IPANGANAK si ISMAEL ay si SARAH na ASAWA ni ABRAHAM.

PINANGUNAHAN ni SARAH ang DIYOS kaya PINASIPINGAN NIYA kay ABRAHAM ang ALIPIN NIYANG si HAGAR.

Sabi po sa Genesis 16:1-2:

"Abram's wife Sarai had borne him no children. She had, however, an Egyptian maidservant named Hagar.

"Sarai said to Abram: "The LORD has kept me from bearing children. Have intercourse, then, with my maid; perhaps I shall have sons through her."

NAPANSIN po ba NINYO? SINISI PA ni SARAH ang PANGINOON kaya HINDI SIYA NAGKAANAK.

Tapos, GUMAWA NA ng PANSARILING PASYA at PAGKILOS si SARAH.

WALA SIYANG TIWALA sa DIYOS kaya PINASIPINGAN na NIYA kay ABRAHAM ang ALIPIN NIYANG si HAGAR para doon daw siya magkakaanak.

SINO po ang MAY GUSTO na MAGKAANAK si ABRAHAM doon sa ALIPIN? Ang DIYOS po ba?

HINDI po. Ang MAY GUSTO LANG NIYON ay ISANG TAO na WALANG TIWALA sa DIYOS--si SARAH.

Kaya po MASASABI na si ISMAEL ay BUNGA LANG ng KAWALAN ng TIWALA sa DIYOS at ng PAGMAMARUNONG ng ISANG TAO.

Kaya nga HINDI KATAKA-TAKA na HINDI KINILALA ng DIYOS si ISMAEL bilang ANAK ni ABRAHAM at HINDI RIN ISINAMA sa PLANO NIYA.

Kung NAGTIWALA si SARAH sa DIYOS at NAGHINTAY sa KAGUSTUHAN ng DIYOS ay HINDI SANA IPINANGANAK si ISMAEL. Tama, di po ba?

Pero ang DIYOS ay NAGHIHINTAY LANG ng ORAS kung kailan DAPAT MANGYARI ang DAPAT MANGYARI.

Sa TAMANG PANAHON ay IBINIGAY ng DIYOS kay ABRAHAM ang MINIMITHI NIYANG ANAK, si ISAAC.

Si ISAAC ang GINUSTO ng DIYOS na ANAK ni ABRAHAM. DIYOS ang NAGPASYA na SI ISAAC ang ANAK ni ABRAHAM.

HINDI po TAO ang MAY GUSTO na ISILANG si ISAAC. DIYOS ang MAY GUSTO na si ISAAC ay IPANGANAK at MAGING ANAK ni ABRAHAM.

Kaya naman po noong IBIGAY ng DIYOS ang BIYAYA at PANGAKO kay ABRAHAM ay DOON NIYA PINADAAN sa PAMAMAGITAN ni ISAAC.

Ganito po ang SABI ng DIYOS tungkol kay ISAAC (Gen 17:19, 21):

God replied: "Nevertheless, your wife Sarah is to bear you a son, and you shall call him Isaac. I WILL MAINTAIN MY COVENANT WITH HIM AS AN EVERLASTING PACT, TO BE HIS GOD and the GOD OF HIS DESCENDANTS AFTER HIM."

"But MY COVENANT I WILL MAINTAIN WITH ISAAC, whom Sarah shall bear to you by this time next year."

Ang PANGAKO at TIPAN ay KAY ISAAC at SA MGA ANAK ni ISAAC IBINIGAY ng DIYOS.

MAY NABASA po ba KAYO riyan na PATI MGA ANAK ni ISMAEL ay KASAMA sa TIPAN o KASUNDUAN o sa BIYAYA?

WALA po.

MALIWANAG po ang SABI ng DIYOS: "MY COVENANT I WILL MAINTAIN WITH ISAAC."

"I WILL MAINTAIN MY COVENANT WITH HIM AS AN EVERLASTING PACT, TO BE HIS GOD and the GOD OF HIS DESCENDANTS AFTER HIM."

TINUKOY po ang MGA "DESCENDANTS" o MGA MAGIGING ANAK ni ISAAC. SA KANILA IBIBIGAY ang TIPAN.

HINDI PO KASALI si ISMAEL at ang ANGKAN ni ISMAEL DIYAN.

Kaya po nung sabihin ng DIYOS sa Deut 18:18 na ang PROPETANG IBABANGON ng DIYOS ay MAGMUMULA sa KAPATIRAN ng mga ISRAELITA ay DOON LANG sa ANGKAN ni ISAAC MAGMUMULA IYON.

HINDI KASALI ang MULA sa ANGKAN ni ISMAEL.

Iyan po ang ISA NA NAMANG MALIWANAG na DAHILAN kung BAKIT HINDI KASAMA ang PROPETA ng BALIK ISLAM sa TINUTUKOY sa Deut18:18.

Ang PANGAKO at TIPAN ay IBINIGAY ng DIYOS SA LAHI o ANGKAN ni ISAAC at HINDI ISINALI ang ANGKAN ni ISMAEL. Ni HINDI nga KINILALA ng DIYOS si ISMAEL bilang ANAK ni ABRAHAM, di po ba?

Kaya po WALANG PAGLALAGYAN ang PROPETA ng BALIK ISLAM sa Deut18:18. Kaya po WALANG DAHILAN para IPILIT ng mga BALIK ISLAM ang HINDI KASALI sa PANGAKO.

HUWAG na NILANG IPAGSIKSIKAN ang PROPETA NILA dahil WALA SIYANG LUGAR sa Deut18:18.

MASYADO lang NILANG PINAGMUMUKHANG KAWAWA ang PROPETA NILA.
