BIBLIA MALASWA? (INCEST sa GEN 19:30-36)

HINDI MAPIGILAN ng MUSLIM na si Abdulgafoor B. Ahmad ang PANINIRA at PAGSISINUNGALING LABAN sa BIBLIA.

INULIT na naman ni ABDULGAFOOR ang OUT OF CONTEXT na KWENTO NIYA kaugnay sa PAGSIPING ng mga ANAK ni LOT sa KANYA, ayon sa GENESIS 19:30-36.

Pero sige, PATUTUNAYAN KO na namang NANINIRA at NAGSISINUNGALING LANG ang MUSLIM na MAHILIG UMATAKE sa BIBLIA. IPAKIKITA KO rin na MASAMANG PAG-UUGALI ang PINAIIRAL NIYA kaugnay diyan.

IPAKIKITA KO sa mga NILILIGAWAN para MAG-BALIK ISLAM na PURO MALI ang SINASABI NILA LABAN sa BIBLIYA.

UNA, MASAMANG ang GINAWA ni ABDULGAFOOR dahil SADYA NIYANG BINALUKTOT ang ULAT. HINDI NIYA ISINAMA ang NAUNANG mga PANGYAYARI bago ang mga TALATANG INILABAS NIYA.

HINDI NIYA SINABI na ang GENESIS 19:30-36 ay PAGKATAPOS GUNAWIN ng DIYOS ang SODOM at GOMORRAH.

Sabi sa GENESIS 19:29
Thus it came about, when God destroyed the cities of the valley, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot lived.

[At nangyari, na nang gunawin ng Dios ang mga bayan ng Kapatagan, na naalaala ng Dios si Abraham, at pinalabas si Lot, mula sa gitna ng pinaggunawan, nang gunawin ang mga bayan na kinatitirahan ni Lot. ]

KITA NINYO?

Ang GUSTO NIYANG PALABASIN ay GUMAWA lang ng MALASWA ang mga ANAK ni LOT. Ang TOTOO ay MAY HINDI MAGANDANG NANGYARI sa KANILA: NAWASAK ang KANILANG TIRAHAN. NAUBOS ang KANILANG mga KAPITBAHAY.

So, MALINAW na OUT OF CONTEXT ang PAGKUKWENTO NIYA. SADYA NIYANG INILILIGAW ang mga NAGBABASA.

Ang GENESIS 19:30-36 ay KWENTO ng NANGYARI MATAPOS GUNAWIN ng DIYOS ang TIRAHAN nina LOT.

Diyan NINYO MAIINTINDIHAN ang SINABI ng ANAK na BABAE ni LOT sa GENESIS 19:31.

Sabi riyan, "At sinabi ng panganay sa bunso: Ang ating ama ay matanda, at walang lalake sa lupa na sumiping sa atin, ayon sa ugali ng sangkalupaan:"

INAKALA ng ANAK ni LOT na WALA NANG IBANG LALAKE sa DAIGDIG. Kaya WALA NANG IBANG LALAKE na SISIPING sa KANILA para DUMAMI ang TAO.

HINDI ALAM ni Abdulgafoor B. Ahmad na MAY UTOS ang DIYOS sa TAO na MAGPAKARAMI SILA.

ETO ang UTOS ng DIYOS sa TAO:

GENESIS 1:28
"God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth...

[At sila'y binasbasan ng Dios, at sa kanila'y sinabi ng Dios, Kayo'y magpalaanakin, at magpakarami, at kalatan ninyo ang lupa...]

MALINAW ang UTOS ng DIYOS. ALAM ng mga ANAK ni LOT ang KAUTUSAN na IYAN at IYAN ang DAHILAN kung BAKIT NILA NAGAWANG SIPINGAN ang KANILANG AMA.

So, MAY DAHILAN ang mga ANAK ni LOT sa KANILANG GINAWA. MALI man ang KANILANG AKALA ay MAY BATAYAN pa rin ang KANILANG PASYA.

YAN yon. HINDI ang MALING PINALALABAS ni AHMAD.

INILILIGAW LANG NIYA ang mga TAO, lalo na ang mga KINUKUMBINSI NILANG MAG-MUSLIM.

SINUSUBUAN SILA ng KASINUNGALINGAN at NILILINLANG GAMIT ang BALUKTOT na PAGKUKWENTO.

GANYAN ba talaga ang NATUTUTUNAN ng TAO sa ISLAM? Ang MANIRA at MAGSINUNGALING?

Bible bakit may incest?

THE BIBLE is the STORY of the PEOPLE of GOD.

IT TELLS the TRUTH, EVEN if the TRUTH is NOT SO GOOD in the EYES of SOME.

But TELLING THE TRUTH DOES NOT MEAN something BAD is being condoned. SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO SAY what is NOT NICE so that WE WILL UNDERSTAND REALITY.

The BIBLE is NOT LIKE some other "HOLY BOOK" that is SANITIZED while CLAIMING to be FROM GOD but the "PROPHET" who supposedly REVEALED IT CANNOT be PROVEN to have been SENT BY GOD HIMSELF.

Anyway, as I already said, WE SHOULD READ the BIBLE and LOOK at the CONTEXT.

Let us see the context of this "incest" between LOT and HIS DAUGHTERS?

The IMPORTANT QUESTIONS are:

1. WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

2. WAS IT OUT OF LUST or OUT OF "NECESSITY"?

3. WAS THERE ABUSE?

LET US READ Gen 19:23-25, 30-36.

The sun was just rising over the earth as Lot arrived in Zoar; at the same time the LORD rained down sulphurous fire upon Sodom and Gomorrah (from the LORD out of heaven).

He overthrew those cities and the whole Plain, together with the inhabitants of the cities and the produce of the soil.

Since Lot was afraid to stay in Zoar, he and his two daughters went up from Zoar and settled in the hill country, where he lived with his two daughters in a cave.

The older one said to the younger: "Our father is getting old, and there is not a man on earth to unite with us as was the custom everywhere.

Come, let us ply our father with wine and then lie with him, that we may have offspring by our father."

So that night they plied their father with wine, and the older one went in and lay with her father; but he was not aware of her lying down or her getting up.

Next day the older one said to the younger: "Last night it was I who lay with my father. Let us ply him with wine again tonight, and then you go in and lie with him, that we may both have offspring by our father."

So that night, too, they plied their father with wine, and then the younger one went in and lay with him; but again he was not aware of her lying down or her getting up.

Thus both of Lot's daughters became pregnant by their father.


WE SEE from the TEXT that the SCENE is JUST AFTER GOD DESTROYED SODOM and GOMORRAH.

SODOM and GOMORRAH were the ONLY WORLD that the DAUGHTERS of LOT KNEW.

When GOD DESTROYED these CITIES, GOD DESTROYED the ONLY WORLD that THEY KNEW.

THIS is the CONTEXT of the INCEST THEY COMMITTED as TOLD in Gen 19:31.

The VERSE READS"
The older one said to the younger: "Our father is getting old, and THERE IS NOT A MAN ON EARTH to unite with us as was the custom everywhere.


Because of the DESTRUCTION of the ONLY WORLD they KNEW, the DAUGHTERS of LOT THOUGHT that THERE IS NO LONGER ANY OTHER MAN on EARTH to GIVE THEM CHILDREN.

For them, the SITUATION was already HOPELESS.

So, THEY DID WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS BEST. THAT is WHY THEY SAID in Gen 19:32:

Come, let us ply our father with wine and then lie with him, THAT WE MAY HAVE OFFSPRING BY OUR FATHER."


Was it OUT OF LUST?

NO. For the DAUGHTERS OF LOT, it was a matter of SURVIVAL and a NECESSARY THING TO DO so that HUMANITY WOULD CONTINUE.

IT was NOT LIKE what SOME PEOPLE DID. SOME PEOPLE MARRIED and HAD SEX with CHILDREN, as if there were no other WOMEN EXISTED. THIS is INFINITELY WORST than WHAT LOT'S DAUGHTERS DID.

In this case, THERE IS ABUSE. And a CHILD is ABUSED.

In the case of INCEST between LOT and his DAUGHTERS, there was NO ABUSE ... ESPECIALLY since IT WAS NOT LOT (the OLDER PERSON) who INITIATED IT. HE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE of HIS DAUGHTERS.

So, THAT'S THE CONTEXT of this INCEST.


IF THIS KIND OF INCEST HAPPENED TODAY, IT WOULD BE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

COMPARE that to the PRACTICE of SOME who still MARRY and HAVE SEX with CHILDREN.
